Description:
Browning BSS 20 ga. 2-3/4" & 3" chambers with 26 in barrels and a raised solid rib in almost mint condition and is an outstanding quail and grouse gun. The barrels are choked IC and Mod., the bores are perfect and the blueing is 100%. It has a single selective trigger and strong automatic ejectors. The length of pull (LOP) is 14-1/4" to a factory black plastic butt plate and the drop at the comb is 1-1/2" with the drop at the heal at 2-3/8". The straight grip English stock is attractive with only the smallest of handleing marks and the beavertail forend is flawless. The gun weighs a little more than 6 lbs. There is no blue loss anywhere on the frame or trigger guard and it has very tasteful scroll engraving. It also features an automatic safety and bushed firing pines, which are typically only found on more expensive guns.This gun was made in 1977.
