Description:
This Saddle Ring Carbine does show some hard use and neglect over its 115 year life however, it appears worthy of service and is in a rather scarce cartridge in the .25-35 Winchester Center Fire.

Metal Condition: Moderate finish wear and surface rust. The top tang has been braised indicating it had been broken at some point.
Wood Condition: Butt stock is most likely a replacement as it does not match the finish of the fore end. Normal dents, scratches and rough areas populate the wood. The fore end exhibits a crack from the tip back to the barrel band.
Bore Condition: The bore is not bad, and shows good rifling with light pitting
