Description:
Vetterli Cutaway- This Swiss Vetterli Cutaway rifle was designed to instruct soldiers and armorers on the mechanical function of the rifle. The left side of the receiver is cut open to show how the elevator and feeding mechanism work. The fore end is cutaway to show the magazine tubeand spring. Tthe barrel is cut to show inside the barrel and chamber. This is a non-working antique firearm.
