Description:
12 gauge, 28″ Chromox fluid steel barrels, 2 3/4″ chambers, choked: Right .021 and Left .032. Brilliant shiny bores. Full length matted rib with ivory colored mid-bead and front bead. Double triggers, automatic ejectors, automatic safety. Round knob pistol grip buttstock, checkered in 2 point pattern with checkered side panels. 14-7/8″ length of pull over leather faced recoil pad with a ¾” spacer. Drop at comb is 1 5/8", drop at heel is 2 5/8". Splinter forearm with Deeley release and checkered in 2 point pattern. Receiver engraved in typical “C” pattern with quail on left, woodcock on right surrounded by scroll. Setter on bottom and trigger plate with scroll pattern. Top lever and trigger guard also scroll engraved. Weight: 6.9 lbs. Condition: Very good. Barrels retain 95% original blue with some light freckling and wear near both muzzles. Frame and forend iron retain little case color. Trigger guard retains 30% of its original blue. Buttstock and forearm retain 90-95% of their original varnish with a few light scratches and handling marks throughout. The finish on the buttstock shows signs of sanding near the spacer. Mechanics are excellent.
