- Note: This is a pre-war Colt Official Police in caliber 38 special. Bore is bright with strong lands and grooves. High percentage of original finish remains overall. Right side of frame shows freckling from corrosion at some point. Left side looks relatively mint. Original Colt walnut grips are in good shape with the exception of some small nicks in the base of the left grip panel. The gun locks up in typical Colt style, like a bank vault. A great shooter or collecter or both!
