Description:
This 21 inch bayonet remains in very good condition with around 80% blue on blade showing blood staining at tip and scattered light oxidation stains. Socket retains 50% blue fading to brown with similar stains. Scabbard has a brass hook with US marked 1.07 inch pivot disk. Scabbard body shows oxidation mixed with a brown patina. Leather remains soft with no cracks. A very good example.
