Stevens #416 .22 Target Rifle. This is no lightweight but what .22 of any consequence is light. It has a nice expensive rear peep sight that is fully adjustable for elevation and windage, might be a marples, or Parker Hale or of that type. Hooded front sight. Has what looks like original rifle strap and a bull barrel which measures 26". Has ramp for scope, if desired. Comes with clip that looks to hold 10 shots. Bolt action with thumb safety on right hand side. Has factory looking metal butt plate and nice straight grained american walnut. Barrel reads Stevens X barrel, .22 long rifle.
I cannot find another listing for this specific gun. I believe it is a very seriously accurate gun once dialed in. And it's in very good shape. Dont know when it was made so it must go through an FFL
