Description:
Beautiful Paul Jaeger, Jenkintown, PA Custom Mauser in 22/250 Caliber. Overall gun is a consevative 97-98% Overall Condition. Jeweled Bolt, Jaeger Trigger, 26" Barrel, Traditional Mauser Floorplate and Super Grade style Swivels, not inlaid like Winchesters. One has to look very hard to find any handling marks on the wood, there are a couple of very minor ones. Typical Jaeger Checkering and Forend ( semi beavertail from just in front of front ring to end of forend ). Butt Spacer with very thin Pachmayr Pad. Mint Bore and shoots like a laser. Had a Unertl 16x on it, sold that years ago and left the mounts. A truly great but simple Custom Jaeger. Used yo live 20 miles from his shop. FFL or C&R Required. Thanks for Looking.
