Description:
Pre 64 Winchester 70 Super Grade 375 H&H Magnum. Serial# 115xxx. Mfg. 1949. 25" Barrel w/ excellent bore. Blue is in excellent condition with very little wear. Wood is also in very good shape with some dings and light handling but no cracks, gouges, or missing finish. Barrel mounted rear sight has been removed and is currently set up with mint Bausch & Lomb Baltura scope. There has been no glass bedding or routing of barrel channel. Correct unjeweled bolt and follower for this year. Correct Redfield gold bead front sight. Correct Super Grade swivels. Overall, a very clean and unmolested example in a somewhat scarce configuration.
