Description:
Beautiful High Condition Remington Model 1884 AE, 12 Guage with 28" Damascus Barrels. Lots of Condition on this Beauty. Most of the Damacine Pattern is still highly visable on the barrels. 60-65% Original Case Colors on Receiver. Bores are Mint. Serial #P138xxx ( early to mid production) 1894-1910. Wood is Excellent. Had the buttplate off to see if it had been replaced because it is so "proud". Screws had not been out since the gun was produced. Butt Wood is lighter than the forend which is the case with many of the older guns because of the handling. Very few handling marks on the gun. What are there are miniscule. Action is as tight as a drum with the lever over to the right as far as it can go. Just a Wonderful Speciman. No paper required to purchase. Thanks for looking.
