Description:
Especially nice 1886 Cal 40-82. Ser #19591, manufactured 1889 third year of production. Case coloring is starting to fade but most of it is still visable on hammer, receiver, and lever. Blueing is nice overall. Gun has the 26" barrel. Bore is excellent with prominent rifling. action is nice and tight and mechanically perfect. Wood is in very good shape with normal handling marks for a 120 year old gun. Has one small scrarch on the magazine tube. Gun shoots straight as I ran a couple of rounds through it just to make sure it would go bang. The nice thing about this gun is it has never been messed with. 100% original. You would be hard pressed to find another 1886 as nice as this. A great gun for any Winchester collection. Price is $2,999. Make me an offer. Antique, can be shipped directly to you.
