Description:
This is a standard military "Tommy" helmet that retains 95-97% of its original olive drab paint that has some minor flaking and chipping along the edge of the brim and small handling marks and scratches across the crown. There is a flash of bright red paint on one side of the crown which could be a hastily applied unit recognition symbol. The interior is somewhat stiff but intact and the elastic chinstrap is still flexible and in excellent condition. This is a neat piece of World War II headgear and is in excellent condition.
