Description:
Savage M12 F/TR with factory .308 Win, 30" barrel and a second stainless steel barrel (Krieger-8" twist) in 22x6mm Rem, also 30". 13 lbs. Rifle has been used very little. Both barrels are in excfellent condition with borescope examination showing clean, smooth throats with no heat checking or erosion and sharp lands at end of throat. Trigger is replacement Rifle Basix (factory Savage trigger also included). Target style, laminated stock is in excellent condition and has rail for forend stop. 22x6mm Rem barrel now installed; will install .308 Win barrel if requested. 22x6mm barrel is long enough (30") to set back & re-chamber for a more common caliber like the .22-250. Comes with Hornady 22x6mm dies and 50 unformed 6mm Remington cases. Buyer pays actual shipping to your FFL. Rifle being sold for owner's health reasons.
