Description:
This is a 1881 1st model Dutch Beamont Vitali,with a four shoot clip. The rifle is in above good condition, with trade marks B above a crown, dated 1881 on the barrel , and all over it has the low number 974 which matches all over the gun. The Beamont is a small bore,with a great matching patina on the steel and a nice darkened walnut wood stock. The sight is incremented, this rifle is the european cartridge guns to be produced ,many other countries copied this rifle. The butt plate is dated 1890.Some minor wood scratches, and the loop for the sling is missing a small part , easy replacement. Hard to find an original with low serial numbers. There is a stamping on the butt ,for the dutch arsenal? I do not collect this type of gun that why I've put such a great price on this item. Call 859-533-5445
