Arthur Allan Boxlock, recently completely restored Scottish boxlock and unfired since, 12 bore, 2 3/4" chambers, original 30" Krupp fluid steel barrels proved at 1 1/4 oz. and choked .012 IC and .021 Mod., 14 1/8" LOP over a leather pad, 1 5/8" DAC, 2 1/4" DAH, 1/8" cast off for RH shooter, 7 lbs. 8 oz., extractor, single trigger, round knob grip, splinter forend with horn inlayed tip, file cut flat rib, rib engraved "A. Allan, 144 Irongate, Glasgow", automatic safety, "Safe" in gold, boxlock action with square cross bolt through rib extension 3rd bite, scroll engraved with maker's name in banner on sides, figured English walnut with drop points, completely restored with new case colors, barrel black, oil finish, recut checkering, action and top lever tightened, and new leather pad. A nice single trigger Scottish boxlock with a heavier weight that would be good for live pigeons, waterfowl, or sporting clay work. Bores .731 and .731, min. wall thickness .030 and .031
