MODEL 1890 IN .22 LONG CHAMBERING, PROBABLY MADE DURING WORLD WAR II AS A PARTS CLEAN UP, SERIAL NUMBER 790XXX, fine deep barrel blue with a hint of plum mixing, receiver blue aging to plum, mag tube shows good blue in the protected areas with the balance mixing plum/brown, MINT BORE,  original sights, exc. forend, butt stock looks to have been very lightly gone over at some time as there is light rounding of the wood by the upper and lower tangs only- minor. Nice appearance with a great bore.
