GREAT WORLD WAR II ARTIFACT: EXCELLENT CONDITION 1942 DATED R. F. SEDGLEY SIGNAL/FLAIR GUN, synthetic rubber grip and frame with "USN" in a circle on the left and right grip centers, 6 3/4" barrel with the top rib marked "SIGNAL PISTOL MARK 5 R. F. SEDGLEY INC. 1942" I believe this is for the 10 ga. flair, all the dark finish remains on the barrel, exc. bore and mech., lanyard ring intact on the butt, not often seen.
