Description:
Here's a fun one! Originally a 1V Liberty gun in 25-06 I assume, has been converted to the proprietary 257 Tejas. The 257 Tejas is made from necking down 7mm sta brass to 25 caliber, then fire forming the brass to blow out the shoulder. Similar to an ackley conversion process. The end result is 5% more capacity than the 257 Sta. 257 STA load data can be found online. Built by Brad Stair of performance gun in Utah. 100 grain bullets should easily exceed 4000 fps. I have fire formed 4 brass as can be seen in the picture compared to a loaded 25-06. These 4 brass will be included. Scope pictured is NOT included. Rifle is coated in gray and barrel has been fluted and a brake has been built in. Couple handling marks on the stock, tried to picture them the best I could. I've had this for a year and fire formed only 4 brass, too many wildcats and time to move this one on!. I am not the original owner and don't know a round count. Feel free to ask questions. Dies are simple, Lee universal decapping die, Hornady universal 257 caliber neck sizing die, and Hornady universal 257 seater die. I have all of them available and could add them to the total cost of the purchase for an additional $75.
