Description:
S# 376121, 218 Bee, 24 1/4 inch barrel, bright excellent bore. This 1907 manufactured rifle was rebuilt with a mail order model 65 218 Bee barrel. Action was repolished and reblued, including hammer, trigger and lever. Wood was lightly sanded and refinished also, metal now stands slightly proud. Metal surfaces retain 80% blue, stock shows 90% finish with typical light handling marks. Magazine is full length, held by a single band. Sights are original Winchester issue. This gun actually looks much better than description sounds. It is very odd to see a 218 Bee with full mag tube and no Whelen flutes in comb. FFL or C+R
