High grade ejector gun, 1912, freshly blacked 30" nitro steel barrels with engraved matt rib, St. Mary's Square, recent reproof for 2 3/4", acanthus scrollwork at the breech ends, R738/726 (IC), L 738/711 (IM), mirror bores. Scroll-back treble-grip action with shoulders, carved serpentine fences, manual side-safety with gold 'SAFE' ,beautiful fine floral and acanthus scroll engraving with ropework bordering, retaining slight traces of original colour-hardening, 14 5/8in. boldly-figured semi-pistolgrip stock (minor cracks - no movement), with horn drop points. LOP 14/5" thru 3/4in. rubber pad (original horn plate with gun), drops 1 3/4" & 2 3/4", 3/8" cast off. Horn finial, gold oval. Weight 6lb. 10oz., in the maker's brass-cornered leather case, now with new straps and handle (post pics), orig Greener lable, needs interior reline.
