International Harvester U.S. M1 Garand. Serial Number 45812XX. This is a very early IHC in excellent condition. Retaining about 85% of the original factory Parkerizing. The finish loss is due mostly to sharp edge wear and some thinning from age. All parts totally correct IHC marked parts. The LMR barrel dated 1.54. Throat erosion 2, with muzzle gauge of 2 also. The IHC stock barrel channel stamped 1694. The left side has the correct DOD Square with Stars /Eagle. The pistol grip is stamped Circle P. The walnut wood parts match nicely. The are no cracks or splits. There are however some small scattered dings and a few small chips on the butt where it meets the buttplate. The bore is outstanding. It is sunshine bright and razor sharp. The gun should a real X ring blaster on the range and look great in any collection.... $2195.
