Description:
Erfurt 98 8X57mm caliber carbine. Produced in 1915 for the German military for us in WWI. Serial numbers are all matching except for the upper barrel band. Bore has strong rifling and is dark in the grooves. Wood is good with dents and dings. There is a chip at the tang of the receiver. Cartouches are visible but faint. Good-very good overall condition.
