Kokura Arsenal Type 38 6.5 JAP caliber rifle. Produced for the Japanese military pre-WW II. Serial numbers are non-matching. Bore has strong rifling and is dark in the grooves. Wood is good with dents and dings, no cracks. Good overall condition. (MUM is ground off)
