Description:
A good working Remington model 742 CARBINE as listed on the barrel, chambered for the .308 caliber. with an 18 1/2" barrel, and a clean , shiny rifled bore. The barrel has had the sights removed not with the gun and has a top rail mounted Weaver scope mount and a REDFIELD 1 3/4-5X scope with crystal clear optics, and a good cross-hairs. the exterior metal has about 96% blue with slight wear to the bottom of the frame, and recent frosting on the bottom edge that sits on top of the metal, not pitted. The quality America walnut wood with press checkered Remington design checkering is very good, and the action is stiff from non-use. Looks like this gun was not used muches with one mag. This quality rig is ready to go. We don’t have asite .I prefer money orders or a check. Item ships when funds come in. If you can only pay with a card let me know.
