Description:
Winchester 92 Take Down rifle chambered in .32 WCF (.32-20). This great 92 was made in 1924 so it is 91 years old and has been aging gracefully! The 24” octagon barrel has a very fine bore and gun works very well. All finishes are original and all of the finishes are fading due to use and age. There are two strange (to me) notches cut out of the top/front of the forearm on each side. Why the notches are there stumps me but there had to be a good reason at the time! So call the gun 75-80% it is still a really neat 92.
