Left side of reciever , J M Marlin New Haven Conn
Ballards Patent Nov 5 1861. Model 1 1/2 hunters rifle,
action tight , 29 1/2 " polished barrel, reciever polished also ,
caliber unknown , wood very aged (pics) no extractor. Ring
on barrel about 8-1/2" from muzzle. Ring loop lever.
