Description:
An Early serial no. 2003 John Unertl target scope in 6 power. It is all original to the pre-war period with the original lens covers. Overall length is 21-1/4" with a 1-1/4" objective bell, and .840" eyepiece. The J. Unertl stamping is not Inclosed in a border as on later versions. The aluminum mounts are the originals which came with the scope. The optics are perfect, clear, and tubes are undamaged. Crosshairs are very fine wire. The bluing is very good, but there is some thinning on the main tube, and on knurling high spots. Please examine the photos to determine overall condition.
