Description:
Remington Model 1889 with 32" Damascus barrels choked modified (.020") and extra full (.045"). Serial number 74919 pre-dating 1898. Bores are clean and bright with no corrosion, dents, or pitting. Action is tight with crisp locks and rebounding hammers. The finish on the metal is original and faded. The wood has the original varnish, or oil finish, and no cracks or damage. Forend horn tip is intact.
Buttplate is RA co. marked Gutta percha. Please see the photos to determine condition. This is a black powder gun, and must be inspected by a qualified gunsmith prior to use. Shipping will be $40.00 due to
