Description:
Remington Model 1882 12 gauge with 30" Damascus barrels choked full (.035) and full (.035). Serial number is 6657 which pre-dates 1898.The barrels are free of dents, and are shiny with very minor corrosion. The metal finish is original, smooth, and faded. The wood is crack free, solid with original oil finish. The action is tight, and the locks crisp with rebounding hammers. The original metal Buttplate is present, and the forend horn tip as well. Please see the photos to determine overall condition. This is a black powder weapon and must be inspected by a qualified gunsmith prior to use. Weight is about 8.5 lbs so shipping will be $40.00. Certified checks and PO money orders accepted.
