Only 1200 ever made! This rifle is about MINT up until the last 7.5 inches of barrel on muzzle end, where there is some notable light to moderate pitting. These normally sell in the $8000-$9000 range, but I have priced this one substantially lower, with consideration given to the discrepancy. There is amazing potential for restoration, but for now...it is what it is. With that noted, here are the specs: Pre 64 Winchester 70 Super Grade 458 Win. Magnum. S/N 369xxx Mfg. 1956. 25" rust blued barrel with excellent bore. 99% Blue (unpitted portion) 98% Varnish. Sling swivels not included.
