Description:
Winchester Pre-64 Model 70 Super Grade, .270 Winchester bolt action rifle made in 1954. Very nice, original model 70 in 97% ,metal condition. There is a finish "rub" on the rear bridge where there had been the back of a one piece scope mount and the bolt knob shows use. There is a trigger shoe in place. No rear sight. Mint, bright bore. The wood is original and unaltered but there was a coat of finish added at sometime. No sanding, checkering has not been recut; wood to metal is perfect...just a coat of finish!. Everything is correct including the steel/checkered butt plate on the low comb supergrade stock.
