Description:
This is a very nice S&W Model 3 in .44 Russian caliber. Manufactured by "LUDW. LOEWE & Co. WAFFEN - & MUNITIONS - FABRIK. BERLIN. No.128". The serial number is #128. This revolver is in "FINE" condition except for a patch of light pitting on cylinder. Probably from laying on it's side in safe or in a holster. This was manufactured circa 1874-78. Has 6.5" barrel with a like new bore. Fire blue finish is very nice and shows light loss at muzzle end and in small area on cylinder. Buyer pays $25.00 Shipping to lower 48 states.
