Another fine “ESTATE” firearm offered by Dust 2 Dollars. We offer you a Winchester Pre-War model 64 chambered in the RARE 219 Zipper caliber. The serial number of 1126404 tells us the gun was manufactured in 1940. The gun is all original and has the optional Lyman Bolt Peep sight with it. The bore on the rifle is excellent with no issues. The action is tight with no movement and the hammer notches are positive and fine. The stocks show dings and marks from use over the years. However, there are no chips cracks or repairs. The metal on the barrel shows thinning and some surface marks with about 70% remaining. The receiver is mostly silver in color on the sides. With the most of the bluing remaining on the bottom, lever and tang. I have shown several pictures of the gun for your consideration.
