Not just a nice gun but a super nice gun. It has got to be about 95-96% original blue. Which is very surprising considering that the cast receiver and cast bolt have a tendency to lose their finish. The little loss that there is, is from sharp edge silvering and some slight toning or thinning of the trigger guard. All serial numbered parts match including the laminated stock. There is a Waffenamt on the sight receiver group which, because of the rough casting surface, is illegible. The bolt and rear sight are stamped Eagle/359. The laminated wood stock is in really beautiful condition. There are no chips or splits, just a few very slight surface dings. The remaining lacquer finish appears to be about 95+%. The stock is appropriately serial numbered on the toe. The right side and pistol grip are correctly stamped Eagle/359. The bolt face and feed ramp show very little use. The bore is super, like the rest of the gun, showing little or no wear. The rifling is mirror bright and razor sharp without a hint of graying. The gun comes with one correct magazine and is marked "aye', Eagle/WaA943?, K43. It also comes with one really nice original Nazi marked G-43 sling. This gun would be a proud addition to any collection or a head turning X ring blaster at the range. It would be really hard to find a better one anywhere near this price........REDUCED $3895.* REDUCED
* The scope and mount are sold separately. The mount is a reproduction, I believe. The scope is 100% original and in very fine condition. It is marked Gw ZF 4/ 13335/ddz with a triangle.The optics are crystal clear and un-chipped. The reticle is a 3 post type. All of which totally correct......$995 when purchased with the gun.... $1095. when purchased separately.
