Description:
Serial #11344, 9mm Ultra (9x18mm), 3 1/2” barrel with an excellent, bright bore. This West German-made pistol has 98-99% of the original high lustre blue remaining with some very faint surface scratches along the lower edge of the slide on the left side and just ahead of the ejection port on the right. The pistol is outfitted with excellent Walther banner Marschal grips and is housed in its original black plastic Walther case with two magazines. The 9mm Ultra was developed for European police agencies as a more powerful alternative to the .380 ACP/9mm Kurz pistols then in common use. The muzzle energy and velocity of the Ultra is closer to the 9mm Makarov, but the round never gained much popularity. This pistol is in excellent condition and would make a great addition to any collection. FFL
