It is in .58 caliber with a 7" octogon  barrel, 12" overall length.  All metal has been blued  with about 90% + remaining. There are two proof marks on the left side of the barrel .  There is a front sight. The walnut stock is nicely checkered at the grip with a blank escutcheon plate.The wood extends almost to the end of the barrel and is in good condition . The hammer holds on full and half cock. The action is strong. and the nipple is good.. The trigger guard , lock and screw heads  are engraved..The ramrod is the captive type and looks to be original. The bore is good. The MANTON name appears on the lock and on the barrel. There is a blank escutcheon plate on the grip. This is an antique so no FFL is required. This may be sent directly to the new owner and would be a fine addition to any collection.
