- Note: This is a very clean, North Haven Connicticut, Marlin 1895, 45-70 rifle. Bore is bright with strong lands and grooves. Factory iron sights and front sight hood are in place. Walnut stock shows some handlling marks; no damage or abrasions. LOP is 14 1/8" over a LImb Saver pad. The gun has been fitted with quick-detachable swivel studs. The only real flaw, if you can call it that, is that the Marlin Signature black and white bullseye inlay on the stock is missing. That can be replaced.
