A standard 16" heavy barrel, A2 receiver and sights, combined with a standard A2 lower with a fixed butt-stock make this rifle user friendly and effective. The rifle has been a favorite for new shooters, hunters, law enforcement, and recreational or competitive shooters alike. Available with an endless number of upgrades and accessories, the Panther Classic 16 can fit almost any shooters needs. Purchaser is responsible for contacting a licensed FFL Dealer and sending a FFL copy to Halifax Supply. Purchaser is responsible for all shipping/handling costs which vary (rifles) east coast $40/west coast $60 and Alaska $80. Pistols are overnight only $60 minimum charge.
