24" round barrel with hooded ramp front sight and swivel base. Figured French walnut stock with horn forend tip, double-beaded pancake cheekpiece, ribbon borderless checkering, trapdoor steel buttplate and pistolgrip cap, vacant initial shield and signature arrowheads carved into the stock. 13 5/8"pull from checkered gold-plated trigger. Springfield 1903 action with jeweled extractor, 3-panel checkered bolt knob, pushbutton-release floorplate and Lyman 48 receiver sight. Extensively engraved by Rudolph Kornbrath: Roses on front sight ramp, front receiver ring and bolt handle; Baying elk in relief gold on floorplate surrounded with fine scroll and deep-cut roses; roses on triggerguard and PG cap; hand-checkered trapdoor buttplate. Weight: 7lbs, 8oz. 99%blue.
