This is for a Colt Prewar National Match made in 1939-1940. Slide is serial numbered to original frame. Has Swartz safety cut outs in slide and frame, but no Swartz safety parts installed. This Colt was sent and built by one of the best bullseye gunsmiths in the US in the 1960's. Mr. Jimmy Clark! I have called them and talked to Mr. Clarks son and was told that the stamp on the bottom of the slide was only used in the 1960's. Expecting another gun for my birthday from my PA and I want to let this one go out of the shielf, only serious inquires please.
