A vintage CRESCENT ARMS, MERIDEN , CONN. single shot 40" barrel is very rare, with a shiny clean smooth bore , chambered for the 2 3/4" shell. Crescent Arms Co. sold most of their inventory through Sears, and the frame has engraved : LONG TOM, Barrel is about all blue with some fading and the color turning to aged brown, and the frame is more greyish, but smooth . The American walnut stocks are good with some finish lifting and have been hand checkered.The LOP with a factory installed black hard rubber pad is about 14 1/4". Muzzle has a large silver bead sight. CHOKE BORED with an actual choke of a very tight FULL.Check my inventory for unusual guns and items no one else has!
