26" SxS chopper-lump barrels with concave matted rib choked improved cylinder & modified. 14 1/4" pull from fire-blued single trigger to checkered butt. 1 1/2" - 2 5/8" drop. No cast. Figured French walnut stock with Anson-pushbutton-release beavertail forend, straight English grip, classic flat-topped point-pattern checkering, teardrops and vacant gold oval. Holland & Holland-pattern scroll engraving by R Smeets on coin-finished case-hardened receiver with concealed-release hand-detachable locks, Purdey concealed third fastener, cocking indicators, bushed firing pins, gold-washed internals and manual top tang safety with S inlaid in gold. Weight: 5lbs, 10oz. In English leather VC case with accessories, maker's label and overcase. Built 1968 with prewar quality. Tight and with excellent bores. 99%+blue.
