Purchaser is responsible for contacting a licensed FFL Dealer and sending a FFL copy to Halifax Supply. Purchaser is responsible for all shipping/handling costs via UPS which vary (rifles) east coast $40/west coast $60 Alaska $100, Hawaii $120.
