Description:
J.P. Sauer & Sohn drilling. 16 x 16 x 6.5 x 57R mm. 70mm / 2 3/4" chambers on the shotgun barrels. Very, very nice gun. Has Kiel proofhouse marking "leaf". All matching numbers. I believe the date code indicates this gun was made in 1962. Extremely good condition overall. I do have a small cache -- approximately 30 rounds -- of 6.5 x 57R ammo I'll include with the sale.
Also, the barrels are marked "full-choke" on the left barrel and "half-choke" on the right barrel.
