Lee 3-die set (full length sizing die; bullet seating die; powder-thru expanding die) in case; Lee-Shaver rotary wad cutter for .40 cal. for use in hand-drill or drill-press; bag of 200 unfired/ new Starline 38-40 brass; and a bag of 100 Meister Bullet 180gr. (.401 dia.) 38-40 RN/FP cast bullets that have been greased for black powder. The dies and rotary wad cutter have been used only once to load 50 rounds and are like new.
