This pistol was produced in 1941. The serial number is 6994-U. It is all matched numbers with the exception of the side plate. The side plate is a unserial numbered replacement. The bore is in good condition. The wood grips show service use and wear. There is no damage or cracks on the grips. The action works smoothly. The stick Eagle 655 code is clear and sharp. The fxo code magazine has the correct bakelite bottom for this magazine. This pistol overall would rate a 90% condition. This Luger would make a great shooter for the collector that would not want to use a collector grade Luger.
