Description:
S# 6945, 12.7 X 44 RMM, 37.3 inch barrel, bright very good bore with just a few specks of erosion in front of chamber. This commercial rolling block features an unusual rounded action, button pin retainer, military rear sight, bayonet lug and finely checkered thumbpieces. The front sight is windage adjustable. These sculpted action rolling blocks were made by Husqvarna for military rifle competition. Barrel shows 50% blue turning brown, action has 40% case colors. Wood shows handling marks and scratches in a dark oil finish. Forend has a pinned repair at left side of action. A rather unusual rounded action rolling block for the collector. Antique
