Description:
Never shot NULA ULA Model 32, right hand. Chambered in 416 Remington, built by Melvin Forbes. Melvin did shoot it when built to sight it in for a S&B scope that isn't included.
Muzzle break installed when Melvin built it. The previous owner said that it has a stainless barrel and was coated by Mel. 25 1/2" barrel with muzzle break, 23 1/2" to rear of muzzle break if you wanted to hack it off.
The painted finish on this gun is different from the many different NULA/ULA guns I've handled. This one has a very grippy sandy finish that would be easy to hang onto in rough weather. Melvin has used different paints (or mixtures??) over the years and some are kind of slick; not this one!
The 30mm rings/bases on this were custom made by Melvin for this gun and a mirror image copy built in the same order back in 2001.
The weight of the gun with rings/bases is 6 lbs 2 oz on my scale. LOP is 13 1/2"
Like I already mentioned, this gun has not been shot by anyone but Melvin Forbes.
If ordered today from NULA this would probably $4000+ This one is going to be $3000 shipped in a hard case.
