?The action is crisp and snappy loads and eject proper. finish retains 98 % tinning blue on barrel and magazine tube. the bore is dark bright and shiny with very good rifeling all the way to the muzzel...... the receiver does display fadding case colors and show better in direct sunlight. is hard to capture even with my nikon 5200. looking at case colors real predominet in protected areas and rear tang where there was once a tang sight and some one removed its so odvious . the wood displays that deep winchester red with no cracks or splits. does show digs and normal scratches as one would find on a rifle 120 some years old . notice the edges of barrel are crisp and sharp...........this a second model with case colored receiver not only is it a sweet peice you can shoot it or hang it is also antique serial number 25,xxx is circa 1894 ships to your front door with proof of ID to contract
