Mauser 1896 ”Broomhandle” .30 caliber revolver. Wartime Commercial Model with Imperial German Army acceptance Mark. Bore has strong rifling and is frosty in the grooves. Action works perfectly. Gun has 93-95% blue. Grips are very good. Gun is marked “Made in Germany”, which was a U.S. Government requirement on all goods entering the United States. After 1911, this has been the important law since 1911. Imports must have the name of the country of origin.
